How do I know I can trust All House Cleaning?
All House Cleaning is family owned business and our employees are like family. Our residential housekeepers have provided quality, reliable cleaning services for more than 25 years. Each maid as well as All House Cleaning are licensed, bonded and insured. Because we are a family business we only choose family oriented folks to run our business. They all have nice families, children and believe in working hard and making an honest living. And you always have access to our main office to discuss your professional cleaning service needs.
Do we have to be home when your team comes to clean?
Because we clean Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. most of our customers aren't home but the vast majority trust All House Cleaning with the key to their home. The same person is assigned to your home. You will get to know her as a family member.
Who is responsible for providing the supplies?
Every cleaning lady comes prepared with all the cleaning supplies necessary. However if requested and you provide, we are happy to clean with your preferred products. We do ask if a maid runs out of something in the course of working in your home that you would gladly supply them with what they need.
What should I do to prepare before you come?
We ask that you pick up anything that may be in the way of performing the task such as clothes, books, or toys ect.
What times or time do you come?
We are open Monday - Friday 8-4. As far as an exact time of arrival we cannot guarantee this. Most of the time the girl or girls arrive within a half hour give or take. If for some reason they cannot make it for some unforseen reason we will give you a call.
What if something is damaged while your maids are cleaning?
We first try to get it repaired through our numerous resources and if that doesn't solve the problem then there are other alternatives. Insurance as well as taking the price off your next cleaning or several cleanings.
What if I have to reschedule? 615-530-8022
No problem. Please try to give us at least seven days notice however we do not require that length. Please give notice asap. Most times we can reschedule you the day you call and sometimes we may have to get back with you.
